The highways in La Palma are shared by pedestrians, buses, moto-taxis, diesel trucks, cars, and cowboys. This man rides a relatively nice horse along one of the main roads.

Mission Work in La Palma, El Salvador La Palma is in northern El Salvador near the Honduran border. It is a beautiful mountain town with a great climate. We go there every 3 months to support the Iglesia de Cristo and the La Palma Christian School and to help the people gain a healthier lifestyle. We ship medical supplies and equipment to the region.
