Note on the shipment. The office of the Consulate says the situation is being resolved today. They have all of the information they need and the consignment to Rotary has been completed and the director of Rotary has been contacted and is in agreement and on and on and on. I plan to be there Tuesday. I love the people of La Palma and want very much to help them, but this has been so frustrating that I probably will need to stay away from anyone in the government! I cannot ever remember feeling so weak and incompetent at performing a seemingly simple task.

Please pray very hard today for resolution of whatever the problem is. There are people in La Palma and the community who need the stuff in those trailers!
