There were several chefs in training at the La Palma Hotel while we were there in December. They took their situation very seriously as far as uniforms were concerned.

Mission Work in La Palma, El Salvador La Palma is in northern El Salvador near the Honduran border. It is a beautiful mountain town with a great climate. We go there every 3 months to support the Iglesia de Cristo and the La Palma Christian School and to help the people gain a healthier lifestyle. We ship medical supplies and equipment to the region.
