One thing that seldom happens in a medical waiting room here is a stampede of cattle. It happens in El Salvador often enough to make it interesting but sort of routine.

Mission Work in La Palma, El Salvador La Palma is in northern El Salvador near the Honduran border. It is a beautiful mountain town with a great climate. We go there every 3 months to support the Iglesia de Cristo and the La Palma Christian School and to help the people gain a healthier lifestyle. We ship medical supplies and equipment to the region.
