We are still encountering some evil forces. Even though the President said he would approve the franchise consignment to Rotary International, he has not signed the documents. He has been busy. Too busy to help the poor people of his country?

Again, I have contacted the consulate and the embassy and the president of Rotary International and asked for help. Please continue to pray that God will move this mountain, and that He will be glorified in the results.
