I found more information about David and Fernando this evening. David is still in very bad shape and cannot talk. He is 11. Fernando is 7 and is able to communicate. No family members are with them. I have contacted a minister in Boston who will go visit them and give us more information. They were burned by some fireworks that were purchased to celebrate after the last election. The wrong guy won and the celebration did not happen. David and Fernando were exploring a vacant house and found them--bad result.
